Where can I find a baby photo contest that is free to enter, but still has prizes?
I took the most adorable photo of our 9-month old boy. I want to enter the photo into a baby contest, but can only find ones that charge or have small “junk” prizes. I’m hoping for a cash prize where I can win something to start his college fund…
