    If people understood what the word ”junk” is then you wouldn’t find yourself in situations like this. I mean think about it, what do you get from fast food joints 0% of nothing and if you understood this two words ”FAST FOOD” then you would know that is cooked or done in a fast pace so your body doesn’t get the nutrition it needs. Come on people together we can live without fast foods.

    fatty cells grow untill they cannot anymore and divide , if u have 2 mil fatty cells you will never get rid of them they just get smaller .

    I eat a lot yogurt,milk,chicken,peanut butter, cheese, ice cream. Is this good? It seems to be working for me. I also eat a little corn and other miscellanious things

    . I would like your opinion on something though. I have these digorno pizzas that i make cause their convienent and I can eat them okay. They have a lot of calories (720) 32g protein, and some carbs. Is that okay to eat that cause its convenient to get calories/nutrients. I know some say pizza is bad, but this kind seems decent.

    @9triton9 What? There is no statistically sound evidence showing MSG is any less healthy than salt, unless you are allergic. The proof is in the science, all placebo double blind studies testing MSG consumption with food in humans have shown no health risk. MSG naturally occurs in tomatoes, seaweed, cheese, and meat. Fast food is still horrible for you, but thats mainly because they are nutritionally empty calories full of saturated fats, and other unhealthy ingredients, not MSG. Just wiki MSG

    You need to understand while bulking i dont care how clean you eat you will put on bodyfat. Its impossible to constantly gain pure muscle.. If you have never lifting before you can put on a decent amount of muscle without gaining fat, but once you begin to plataue you have no choice but to put some bodyfat on. While bulking as long as 80-85% of the weight you put on is muscle you are doing well. I would advise to not let your bodyfat get out of control. Dont go above 12-14% begin cutting

    basically its Clean Bulking and Dirty Bulking.
    If you clean bulk, most of the weight you gain is going to be muscle. If you Dirty Bulk, you mostly gain fat. I eat the same things when I cut or bulk, if I cut i eat less of healthy foods and when I bulk which I am , I simply increase the amounts of the food. Foods such as the ones you mentioned.

    True. I’m working out for like 4 months now, started of with a fat precentage of 24.2 & a weight of 84.2 kgs.
    Now i’ve got a fat% of 18.6 & a bodyweight of 88.9! Steadily getting there!

    I’m totally agree with you. i also had the same problem i was 1,80 and i was weighting 55 kilo so i decide to begin eating regularly. 4 meal daily and fruit between them. and now I’m 62 kilo in 10 months but I’m practice judo so i don’t gain weight easily.
